Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell digital products that are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Cancellation

Orders are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You can cancel before payment is completed by closing the checkout window.

Refunds

Because digital products can be copied once delivered, we generally do not offer refunds after delivery. We will refund you in full if: (a) you were charged but did not receive the product within 48 hours; (b) you were charged more than once for the same order; or (c) the file is corrupted and we cannot supply a working copy.

How to request one

Email support@beforethesunrise.in within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference and the email used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days.

Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
